Clause 10 Group was founded on a simple conviction: that ISO standards and compliance frameworks should drive genuine improvement, not generate paperwork. We exist to make that happen for UK SMEs.
Where the name comes from.
Clause 10 is the improvement clause in every ISO management system standard — the section that demands organisations act on what they learn, correct what goes wrong, and continually raise the bar. It is the clause most organisations treat as an afterthought.
We named our group after it deliberately. Everything we do — consultancy, training, certification, defence compliance — is oriented around that principle. Standards are the starting point, not the destination.
C10G was established by practitioners who had spent years inside organisations struggling to make compliance meaningful. We built the group we wished had existed when we were on the other side of the audit table.
